What is Visitation & Family Advocacy?

At Casakids, visitation is all about helping children stay connected with their families in a way that feels safe, supportive, and meaningful.

Our trained supervised visitation monitors are educated in conflict-resolution and safe visitation practices.

We provide carefully designed spaces where children and parents can spend time together in a calm, controlled environment.

These spaces are created to help families reconnect and rebuild their relationships, while our team keeps a close eye on how visits are going to make sure each child feels comfortable and secure.

Family advocacy at Casakids goes hand-in-hand with this work by focusing on the bigger picture of what each family needs to succeed. Our volunteers and staff take the time to understand each family’s situation, build trust, and help connect them with resources and support.

Whether it’s helping parents work toward reunification or making sure everyone’s voice is heard, the goal is to create a path toward a safe, stable, and positive future for every child.
